- Hello, I just read Ward Shrake's document on getting
- VIC20 carts to disk. I have an idea on making
- it a bit easier and safer.
- Cut the blk5 wire that goes to the cartport,
- and connect a switch like this:

- 1 2 3

- pin 2 to blk5 on the cart port
- pin 1 to blk5 before the cut
- pin 3 to +5V DC

- This way, you can disable the cart at bootup,
- and enable it later to save the contents to
- disk. I haven't tried this yet, since I'm away
- from home for quite a while. :(
